GANT offers a 30-day return policy for all items purchased online, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We aim to make the return process as seamless as our tailoring to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return form inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
